[Infostock Daily= Reporter An Hoe Hyun] OLED mask maker Pims announced on the 10th that it had a subscription rate of 1162.01 to 1 as a result of offering subscription to general investors between 9th and 10th.
Pims' general investor subscription was for 400,000 shares, 20% of the total 2 million shares. A total of 464,806,860 shares were received for the subscription, and the margin was about 4,415.6 billion won.
Pims finalized the public offering price to 19,000 won in demand forecast for institutional investors on the 2nd to 3rd.
Pims is scheduled to be listed on the KOSDAQ market on the 18th. The fund will be used mainly for facility investment to secure self-factory plants. The organizer is DB financial investment.
