[Infostock Daily = Reporter Kim Jong Hyo] Innocean announced on the 12th that it signed a business agreement(MOU) with 42dot, a company specializing in autonomous driving, at its headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the day before 'to upgrade mobility in the autonomous vehicle service environment'.
The company expects to become a future growth engine through the joint venture between the comprehensive advertising company and the autonomous driving company, which was promoted for the first time in Korea.
Innocean and 42dot plan to focus on the operation of new platforms, analysis of environment application of autonomous driving technology, contents planning and development, establishing service branding, and business creation using user data based on future mobility services.
Both companies work together from the planning stage to provide differentiated mobility services. For example, they plan to build one-stop mobility services such as infotainment, e-commerce, and membership systems as platforms installed in autonomous vehicles and collaborate with various affiliates.
In particular, Innocean will fully utilize know-how accumulated through various communication channels and platform operations for consumers and expertise in creating customized content for targets, and propose marketing solutions optimized for changing physical environments and user experience as autonomous driving and artificial intelligence technology are introduced.
