[Infostock Daily = Reporter Kim Jong-Hyo] Gamevil announced on the 11th that its operating profit for the second quarter of consolidated financial statements turned to black from an operating loss of 5.9 billion won in the same period of last year to 10.8 billion won.
Sales increased by 43.5% to 40.5 billion won in the same period, while net profit increased by 501.4% to 8.4 billion won. Sales, operating profit and net profit increased 16.0%, 73.6% and 101.5%, respectively.
Starting this month, Gamevil will introduce new differentiated products to the global market. the interanally developed flagship 'Gamevil Professional Baseball 2020 Superstars' will expand its scope to the Japanese market, as well as global markets such as North America and Taiwan this month.
Gamevil Professional Baseball, the flagship IP, has recorded a global cumulative 68 million downloads through 12 series.
