With the amendment to the Data 3 Act(Personal Information Protection Act, Credit Information Act, and Information and Communication Network Act) being enacted from this day, it is possible to use and provide personal information processed under a pseudonym in the case of statistical preparation, scientific research, and preservation of public records.
The Korea Internet & Security Agency ordered a 'Data Combination Comprehensive Management System' project to support the combination of alias information, selection of a combined specialist, and data encryption.
FASOO develops 'Combination Application System' and 'Combination Key Linkage Information Generation System' so that it can effectively and safely proceed the alias information combination which is the core of Data 3 Act through this project.
Companies and institutions that want to combine data directly select a combination agency to apply for the combination and check the progress of the combination in real time.
In addition, a system for generating and managing the combination key connection information used in the combination of pseudonym information is developed by the combination key management agency, and the combination rate can be confirmed before the combination to increase the effectiveness of the combination of pseudonym information.
FASOO will also provide data transmission and technical protection bases that help alias information to be safely transmitted, stored and combined to related organizations.
