[Infostock Daily = Reporter Kim Jong Hyo] In this year's wage and collective agreement, auto parts maker Mando and its labor union decided to freeze wages considering new coronavirus infections (COVID-19).
According to Mando on the 30th, both labor and management held negotiations on wage and collective agreement bargaining the previous day and finally passed the agreement in the morning.
The deal includes a wage freeze and the use of substitute holidays for annual paid leave. This marks will continue Mando's record of non-dispute settlement on wage and collective agreement for the eighth consecutive year.
