LOTTE Corporation held a 'LOTTE Corporation Labor-Management Cooperation Declaration Ceremony' at the Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, Seoul on the 17th, attended by 10 members of the labor-management council including Song Yong-deok, vice chairman of the user's representative, and Kim Bong-se, chief of the worker's representative.
At this declaration ceremony, labor and management agreed with the difficult management environment caused by COVID-19, and issued a declaration stating the common intention of mutual cooperation.
In the declaration, the company decided to reorganize the wage system and work system and improve the welfare system to meet the changed era to promote mutual growth with employees. Employees have decided to freeze wages in 2020 and agree to a temporary suspension of some welfare systems to overcome the crisis together.
